Cramp Numbness On Left Arm I Think I Know But I Need Second Opinion?

I think I know but I need second opinion? - cramp numbness on left arm

My friend has these symptoms;

Nausea
Anorexia
Tingling / numbness in the left calf
Telescopes
Cramps
Rash on left arm
Mood swings
Fatigue
Cysts / induration (granular) (private)
Apparent water of recent infections

These are all symptoms that were previously in the last month
