Missouri Appraisal Our Appraisal In Warren County Missouri Dropped 15% In 3 Years. Is This The Norm Now?

Our appraisal in Warren County Missouri dropped 15% in 3 years. Is this the norm now? - missouri appraisal

In July 2006 we conducted an evaluation Propery down and $ 249,000. Now, was estimated at $ 212,000. Is this normal for this economy? What are the chances of a return to its original value that we paid? Thank you.

15% in 3 years is not bad ... Many areas have seen drops of 25% in one year, and 50% in 3 years. It is clear that the worst affected areas take longer to recover his losses. Areas as you probably will recover 3 to 5 years if the fund was concerned (Fig. 3 to 5% annual appreciation when the market is approved and the job). Doubtful you ever been the year of 10% or more, unless the recognition of banks and the buyers get a stupid and reboot back into my head.
