I'm on a budget for my wedding. I am looking for about 6 hours time to keep photos, videos and a photo album and a DVD-Video CD, and photos.

The best thing to do is look at Craigslist. Many e-services such as photography, videography, hair / makeup, etc., on Craigslist.
Many students are advertised on craigslist photography - are much cheaper in general, because they are trying to expand its portfolio. Make sure you can see examples of your work, get a clue and get to safety, a written contract.
You can also try going theknot.com. You can turn to community meetings and discussion with local women in your area. You may be able to advise you in the right direction.
